Machine mode SIRIO PROFILES, with a strong frame made of electro-welded iron, has been designed for the application of adhesive protective film on profiles of different kinds and dimensions.

Essentially it consists of a motor driver roller for the profile feeding and two coil-holders for the support of adhesive film rolls.
The film tensioning is by means of the adjustment of the mechanical brakes of the coil-carrying sleeves, while the adjustment of the film height in relation to the surface to be treated is by means of suitable handwheels.

The job consists in introducing the profile into the machine manually; the profile is driven by means of the special electric control and, at the same time, it is protected along the two faces by the adhesive film unwinding from the two coil-holders.
Going through the rubbered rolls duly adjusted in contact with the material surface, the film perfectly adheres to the flat surface of the profile, protecting it all along its length.

A correct and comfortable working plane can be obtained by means of the idle roller benches supplied, one at the entry and the other at the exit of the machine and suitable only for the manual loading and unloading of the profile to be protected.
