The machine mod. GIOVE 2B, with a strong frame made of electrowelded iron, has been designed for the wrapping of profiles of different nature and sizes for their protection.

Essentially it is composed by a revolving ring, which is fit for the homogeneous spiral-shaped distribution of the protecting film or paper, unreeled by suitable spools assembled on two diametrically opposed units and by two motorised rolls for the material feed.

The film tension is got through the adjustment of the friction of the two spool holders unit and it determines the compactness of the packaging.

On the contrary, the variation of the feed speed determines the increase or the reduction of the overlap among the coils of the protecting material according to the requested productive or qualitative needs.

With the idle roller tables, placed at the entry and exit of the machine, which are suitable only for the manual loading and unloading of the profiles to wrap, you can have a right and confortable worktable.
